Trilafon Side Effects
Call your doctor immediately if you experience Trilafon side
effects:
- signs of neuroleptic malignant syndrome: blood pressure decreases,
increases, or irregular; confusion (severe); coma; breathing difficult
or fast; drooling; heart beats faster; shakiness, trembling of fingers
or hands; speaking and swallowing become difficult; sweating profusely;
loss of bladder control; fever; muscle stiffness (severe)
- signs of tardive dyskinesia: lip smacking; chewing movements; puffing
of cheeks; rapid, darting tongue movements; uncontrolled movements of
arms or legs
- agitation
- bleeding or bruising, unusual
- chest pain
- clumsiness
- constipation, severe
- diarrhea
- dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, or falling, loss of balance
- erection painful or prolonged
- eyes appear yellow or won't move, increased blinking or spasms of
eyelids
- facial expression unusual or mask-like
- fever and chills
- fingers or hands tremble or shake
- hair loss
- hands red
- headache
- mouth sores
- muscles or joints ache
- muscles weak or stiff
- nausea or vomiting
- posture unusual
- restlessness, desire to keep moving
- seizures
- shivering
- skin burns or itches severely, becomes dry, develops rash or appears
discolored (blue-gray, pale or yellow)
- sleeping problems (bizarre dreams, insomnia)
- sore throat and fever
- stiffness of arms or legs
- stomach or abdominal pain
- sweating inability
- twisting or tic-like movements of arms, legs, neck, or trunk
- urine appears dark, or urination difficult
- vision blurs, color vision or night vision decline
- walking becomes shuffled
Call your doctor if these Trilafon side effects continue:
- breasts swell or painful (men and women), unusual secretion of milk
- constipation (mild)
- drowsiness
- dry mouth
- eyes sensitive to light
- menstrual changes
- mouth waters
- nasal congestion
- sexual ability decreases
- skin irritation at site of injection
- sweating decreases
- tongue feels rough, fuzzy
- weight gain
Call your doctor if these symptoms continue after you stop taking
Trilafon:
