TaractanTaractan is prescribed as an antipsychotic drug and works to help treat symptoms of illnesses by altering nerve pathways in the brain. Perhaps the most notable Taractan side effect is considered to be Tardive Dyskinesia. Linked to all antipsychotics, Tardive Dyskinesia can become a permanent condition for some Taractan patients. It is still unclear why a Taractan and Tardive Dyskinesia link exists but there have been certain Taractan patients to be at a greater risk for suffering Tardive Dyskinesia. Mainly older Taractan patients, all patients should become more aware of the potential side effects prescription drug use can cause. Tardive Dyskinesia occurrences have been increasing and many people believe it is because so little is known about the disorder. Taractan and other antipsychotic patients more commonly fail to identify any precursors of Tardive Dyskinesia until the disorder has fully developed. When early Taractan side effect symptoms can be identified it will allow the Taractan patient to have a lesser chance of suffering because the condition has developed into later, less treatable stages. There is no standard Taractan Tardive Dyskinesia treatment plan as of yet, making the risk of suffering Tardive Dyskinesia on a long-term or permanent basis much greater. Even if discontinuing Taractan treatment, it is possible that Tardive Dyskinesia can still be suffered. Other serious Taractan side effects can include neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Characterized by severe muscle stiffness, fever, extreme fatigue or weakness, rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing, increased sweating, loss of bladder control, and seizures, Taractan patients should understand how to identify adverse effects.
