Risperdal Side Effects
Call your doctor immediately if you experience Risperdal side effects:
- anxiety, nervousness
- decrease in appetite
- arms or legs feel weak or stiff
- back pain
- bleeding
- blood pressure becomes irregular
- unusual secretion of milk
- difficulty breathing
- puffy cheeks
- chest pain
- dandruff
- difficulty concentrating or remembering
- dizziness
- drowsiness
- unusual facial expression
- fever
- trembling or shaking of hands or fingers
- irregular heartbeat
- lips smack or pucker
- menstrual changes
- mood changes, including aggressive behavior or uncontrolled excitement
- muscles become stiff
- penis erection is painful or prolonged
- restlessness, need to keep moving
- seizures
- sexual desire declines
- shuffling walk or loss of balance
- skin itches, becomes oily or pale, bruises or rash appears
- difficulty sleeping
- uncontrolled movements of arms, back, face, legs, neck, or trunk
- difficulty swallowing or speaking
- extreme thirst
- tic-like, twisting, or twitching movements of body
- rapid or darting movement of tongue
- difficulty urinating
- vision blurs or changes, eyes blink uncontrollably, inability to move eyes
- uncontrolled tiredness or weakness
Call your doctor if these Risperdal side effects continue:
- abdominal pain
- constipation
- cough
- diarrhea
- dry mouth
- headache
- heartburn
- joint pain
- nausea
- runny nose
- increase in saliva (watering of mouth)
- skin becomes dry or darkens
- sleep and dreams increase
- sore throat
- sunburn
- undesired weight gain or loss
- vomiting
